Working in the Drum Map Manager

The following table lists several ways of editing settings in the Drum Map Manager.

To do this

Do this

Sort rows

Drag and drop a row to a new location

Select multiple rows

Click a row, hold down the CTRL key while selecting additional rows

Change the Output Port for all rows with the same Channel/Port

Press CTRL+SHIFT while changing the port.

Undo an edit

Press the Undo button

Note - Using Offline Help

Note: If you prefer to always use offline Help, go to Edit > Preferences > File > Advanced in your Cakewalk software and select Always Use Offline Help.

If you are not connected to the internet, your Cakewalk software will default to showing offline help until an internet connection becomes available.
