If you have lost the serial number or registration code for your product, there are two ways to pull it up from our records without having to contact Customer Service.
Option 1: Check your Cakewalk Single Sign-On (SSO) Account
- Sign in to your Cakewalk SSO account
- Once you are logged in, click Products from the top menu
- Click the name of your product in order to expose the Download button, serial number and registration code.
If a product that belongs to you is not in your list of products, please click the Feedback button to inform our database team. Supply as many details as you can to help us add it to your account as quickly as possible.

Option 2: Use the Registration Form
If you know your product's serial number, add it to the registration form in order to see the corresponding registration code. Note that this form will only provide the registration code if the serial number is new or already registered to you.
