Synth Rack docking

Note: This feature is not available in SONAR Home Studio.

The Synth Rack can be docked in the MultiDock or in the Browser. By default, the Synth Rack view will open as a floating view. This allows you to use the Browser while the Synth Rack is visible.

When docked in the MultiDock, the Synth Rack view has space to show more controls, such as enable/disable and assignable controls.

The Browser can host the Media, Plug-in, and Notes Browser, Synth Rack, and Help Module.

To open the Synth Rack view, go to Views > Synth Rack View or press CTRL+SHIFT+S.

Tip - Searching Documentation

Note - Using Offline Help

Note: If you prefer to always use offline Help, go to Edit > Preferences > File > Advanced in your Cakewalk software and select Always Use Offline Help.

If you are not connected to the internet, your Cakewalk software will default to showing offline help until an internet connection becomes available.
