Quick Group Freeze

The Freeze feature allows you to temporarily bounce your track, including soft synths and effects, to reduce the amount of CPU power needed.

You can now freeze multiple tracks with a single gesture.

1.

Select two or more tracks you want to freeze.

2.

Hold down the CTRL key, then click the Freeze button in any selected track.

SONAR bounces the audio in the tracks to new clips, applies any effects, and disables the FX Racks.

Tip - Searching Documentation

Note: If you prefer to always use offline Help, go to Edit > Preferences > File > Advanced in your Cakewalk software and select Always Use Offline Help.
