Support for .PNG track icons with transparency

In addition to bitmap image files (BMP), you can now also use Portable Network Graphics (PNG) files as track icons, with full support for transparency.

PNG is a raster graphics file format that supports lossless data compression, 24-bit RGB and 32-bit RGBA palette-based color images, grayscale images (with or without alpha channel), and full-color non-palette-based RGB images (with or without alpha channel).
