Les Paul Gold Top Dimension Pro Expansion Pack (Platinum only)

 

The Gibson Les Paul Gold Top Expansion Pack for Dimension Pro includes 50 individual note samples from a '57 re-issue Les Paul Gold Top guitar’s neck pickup, organized into 30 programs that range from standard guitars, to virtual 12-strings, to complex and beautiful synth sounds that take advantage of Dimension Pro's advanced processing options.

For most guitar-oriented programs, the mod wheel serves as a tone control, although for some programs it provides a wah effect and for one, brings in a slapback echo.

For programs with the “Synth” prefix, the mod wheel controls vibrato except for HarpsiBright (alters tone) and Wurly Piano (controls tremolo).

If a program name contains “MW”, that means the mod wheel does something more than just tone or vibrato. Wiggle the wheel to hear what it does.

Selecting and playing the programs

1.	Open Dimension Pro and click in the Program Browser field to open the browser.

2.	Press F5 to refresh the program list. This can take a while if you have lots of programs, so please be patient.

3.	In the “Gibson Gold Top” category, you will now find the 30 related programs. Click on a program to play it.
