Aim Assist enhancements

When Aim Assist is enabled (go to Edit > Aim Assist, or press X), the mouse pointer’s time position is shown in the Clips pane time ruler.

While dragging clips and automation, slip-editing clips, applying clip fades, moving AudioSnap transient markers, or making a time selection, the Aim Assist time position now also shows the delta value (difference between the original position and current position) in parenthesis.
